Tahmima Anam is Bangladeshi Author, Columnist and Novelist who lived in
England. She was born in 8 October 1975 in Dhaka, Bangladesh. She published his first book in English and proof perfectly as Bangladeshi Writer. Tahmima was born in a literary family. His father is Mahfuz Anam and Mother is Shahin Anam. They were employer of United Nations. So she grew up New York, Paris, Bangkok etc places and studied in English Medium School. Her first book "A Golden Age" was published in 2007 and get first prize of Commonwealth Writers prize in 2008. Her Second Books is A Good Muslim which is first published in May 2011. The Good Muslim is the second book and Sequel of the first book A Golden Age. A Golden age is a historical novel about Liberation war of Bangladesh in 1971 and The Good Muslim's story is after liberation war. The novel is about faith and family shadowed by the war and their thought is changed after few years of war. The main Characters of the novel are Maya and Shohali.
